Paul has spent over a decade leading insight meditation courses internationally. He trained as a teacher with Christina Feldman, co-founder of Gaia House retreat centre. His exploring has led him through the monasteries and retreat centres of the Kathmandu Valley, India and the UK and through periods of intensive practice in the Theravada and Tibetan Buddhist traditions. He lives half the year in Pelion, Greece and half in London.
In his work Paul uses the traditional frameworks of Buddhist psychology and mindfulness practice to help people bring a compassionate and investigating attention to their direct experience and actions. He works to help people grow a grounded and inquisitive presence in dialogue and group situations - unlocking creative and flexible ways of being with others.
Paul is available to teach residential and non-residential courses usually between 1 and 10 days long. He offers sets of evening or morning classes and individually tailored courses for the workplace. He has taught the meditation and psychology modules for yoga teacher training and he offers one to one instruction and support in a short or long term capacity.
